For customised or personalised items, the deliver time will be longer than stated above.
All delivery services are subject to availability and stock availability. During busy promotional periods and in severe weather conditions deliveries may be delayed and arrive a little later than our published delivery time windows. We will contact you with an update if your order is affected.
Our free of charge delivery service only applies to goods within the UK mainland.
Any orders for goods outside of the UK mainland i.e. Highlands, Islands and Northern-Ireland will always incur a carriage charge. We advise our customers from these areas to contact our Customer Service team to get shipping costs before placing any orders.
It is of the utmost importance to remove all packaging carefully in case if the goods may be returned to Belgravia Marble.
All products must be inspected and signed for at the time of delivery; in the presence of the carrier. Any shortages or damages should be noted on the delivery document. It is your responsibility to inform us within the 48 hours of any missing items of any damages. Belgravia Marble shall not be held responsible for goods reported as missing or damaged if the delivery document has been signed by you and no notes have been made. Photographic evidence will be required to show any product that appears to have been damaged in transit. When it is not possible to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, a signature must be obtained stating that the goods were unchecked.
It is the duty and responsibility of the customer to ensure that there will be sufficient access to deliver ordered goods to the specified delivery address. If the delivery is not possible as a result of access problems the goods will be returned back to Belgravia Marble.
Belgravia Marble reserves the right to apply a charge for the re-delivery of goods as a result of the carrier being unable to deliver the goods to the stated delivery address.

It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully plan the instalment of the article and appropriately take measurements to be sure there is sufficient space for instalment.
Belgravia Marble shall not be held liable for the refund of article when the product is too big for the intended use.
Estimated delivery times for all products will be displayed within the individual product information section on the Belgravia Marble website. We will endeavour to make every effort to deliver all goods ordered within the stated timescale. However, there are rare occasions when delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances and outwit our control such as bad weather etc. Belgravia Marble shall not be held liable for any delays in the order deliveries. An estimated delivery date will be confirmed in the Confirmation of Dispatch relating to your items in the order. If no delivery date can be confirmed or specified because goods are to be manufactured specifically to order, the product is temporarily out of stock, or deliveries are delayed due to bad weather, then Belgravia Marble will endeavour to notify the customer of any possible of delay; unless there are exceptional circumstances.
